Family Business Week

The inauguration of a President-elect signifies new leadership and new beginnings. To recalibrate efforts to seek recognition for Filipino Family Enterprises as a unique and significant form of business, we hope that this presidency will celebrate its importance.

I will be asking the Office of the President, in the person of President-elect Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, Jr. to sign a presidential proclamation declaring the fourth week of September as a time to celebrate the family business enterprise in the form of a Family Business Week.

In support of this proclamation, I will also be requesting that support be provided for this celebration through an executive order establishing a steering committee to coordinate activities for the celebration.
